Nottingham Forest midfielder Samba Sow has posted a video to show just how hard he is working to get back to fitness.
The 30-year-old suffered a hamstring strain in the latter stages of the 1-0 win against Brentford before the Reds entered the international break.
The club have not confirmed when the Mali international will be back, but he posted a video of himself on Twitter grafting in the gym as he looks to return to the pitch.
The Reds are back in action against Wigan next weekend with Sow looking to be back as soon as possible.
Since his arrival from Dinamo Moscow in the summer, the all-action midfielder has featured nine times, impressing fans as he helped Forest to second place in the Championship.
