Garner facing Manchester United decision
Nottingham Forest loanee James Garner has impressed during his short time at the City Ground.
The 20-year-old has played 12 times since moving to the club on loan until the end of the season from Manchester United.
Such has been his impact, that they will be keen on bringing him back to the club next season. But Forest won’t be the only club interested in taking the player in the summer.
That leaves Garner and his parent club Manchester United with a decision to make.
And former Reds’ winger Paul Anderson has send advice to the youngster, having been in a similar position himself.
"If we're honest, he is aiming to play for that Man United team. When I came to Forest on loan my aim was to have a good season in the Championship and hopefully be in and around the squad at Liverpool when i went back," he said.
"It didn't quite work out but you know what, I then signed for Forest on a permanent and had three amazing years at Forest, well two especially amazing seasons.
"For him, I know Forest fans don't want to hear it, but if he has an option from the Premier League, or he has an option at the top of the Championship, where we would he go?”

Nottingham Forest have been linked with a possible summer move for full-back Mohamed Drager, according to reports in Greece.
The defender currently plays for Olympiacos, the club also controlled by Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis , but he has found game time hard to come by since moving to the Greek capital last summer.
The 24-year-old has played just five times in the Greek Super League so far this season, and has not been included in the Olympiacos matchday squad in eight of their last nine league games.
His last appearance for the club came in a 3-0 Greek Cup win over Panetolikos at the start of February.
Taylor among the goals .
Nottingham Forest striker Lyle Taylor was in the goals on the international stage this week as he scored a brace for Montserrat in their 2-2 draw against Antigua and Barbuda.
The forward has mainly been used from the bench for Forest in the second half of the season and has failed to score a league goal since a brace against Wycombe back in November.
Taylor also wore the captain’s armband for the game and played alongside former Forest man Spencer Weir-Daley.
Fans will be hoping the goals will open a floodgate at the City Ground.
