Nottingham Forest are heading into this pre-season looking desperately to build on their 17th place finish last season.
With no new arrivals through the door at the City Ground as of yet, Chris Hughton has a lot of work to do on the training ground to prepare the squad for an improved campaign this time around.
Talks have repoopened over a deal for Fatih Karagümrük winger Alassane Ndao and Forest are said to be interested in signing Philip Zinckernagel on loan from Watford.
But for the players who are already at the City Ground, there is a busy pre-season schedule ahead, including four away trips in a row.
