Nottingham Forest players selling personalised video messages for as little as £7

Saidy Janko and Jordan Gabriel are the two Nottingham Forest players offering to make personal videos for supporters.

The two defenders have signed up to Cameo, where sports stars and celebrities will record a personalised video for a fee before uploading it to the site.

Janko and Gabriel, who is a regular in Jimmy Gilligan’s Under-23 side, charge around £23 and £7 respectively.

Ex-players like Jermaine Pennant, Paul Gascoigne, Ledley King and Jimmy Bullard are all on the social media site, with some US men’s and women’s stars, along with pundit Andy Gray.

Janko on Cameo (Cameo)

“So excited to be on Cameo, you can book me on Cameo.com for any videos, shout-outs, birthday wishes – whatever you guys want,” Janko, the 23-year-old Swiss, said in his opening video.

“I’m looking forward to seeing you guys.”

Frustration will be the overriding feeling at the end of the season for Nottingham Forest

Pennant, who came through the ranks at Forest’s neighbours Notts County and was most recently with Billericay charges around £190, though he’s yet to have any takers.

Compare that with former England rugby star James Haskwell, who has so far raked in a tidy £4,000.
