Nottingham Forest snatched a 1-1 draw at Birmingham City, rescuing a point in added time through Lewis Grabban’s penalty.
A desperately drab performance saw Chris Hughton’s side fall behind to Marc Roberts’ header after the break.
But they hit back deep into added time when substitute Grabban scored from the spot.
Here’s how Reds reporter Sarah Clapson rated the Forest players St Andrew’s.
Brice Samba: Made some big saves to keep his team in with a chance. Wasn’t helped out by his defence when it mattered. 5/10
Cyrus Christie: Drop in standards seemed to affect the whole team. Right-back has had a fine second half of the season, but was beaten too easily by Roberts for his goal. 4/10
Joe Worrall: Will be as frustrated as anyone with the goal conceded. The hosts didn’t offer a great deal beyond that. This was a poor game all round. 5/10
Scott McKenna: Earned his team a lifeline they probably didn’t deserve when he won a penalty in added time, drawing a foul at a corner. 5/10
Tyler Blackett: Has been really good since coming into the side, but was far from his best at St Andrew’s. Guilty of a few sloppy errors, with some stray passes and throw-ins. 3/10
James Garner: Tried to spark a response from his side after falling behind when he drove forward and had a shot. At least he looked to offer something. 5/10
Ryan Yates: So close to opening the scoring with a header which hit the bar. Battled in a real scrap of a game which was a desperately drab affair to watch. 5/10
Alex Mighten: Not able to offer his usual threat. Didn’t get on the ball anywhere near enough as the visitors suffered from a dearth of creativity. 4/10
Filip Krovinovic: An incredibly poor attacking display all round, with very little offered from any of the Reds’ forward players. Quality just wasn’t there. 4/10
Luke Freeman: Wasn’t the only one, but aside from the cross for Yates’ header, difficult to pick out much by way of attacking contribution. Was never really in the game. 3/10
Lyle Taylor: A big chance to impress, being handed a rare start. Fluffed his lines somewhat when he spurned a golden chance to equalise in the second half. 3/10
Subs
Glenn Murray (for Taylor, 63): Struggled to really get into the game and barely had a sniff in front of goal. 5/10
Anthony Knockaert (for Freeman, 64): Didn’t make enough of a difference when he came on. Forest were still terrible going forward. 4/10
Lewis Grabban (for Krovinovic, 64): Cool as you like from the penalty spot to rescue something from the game. 6/10
Cafu (for Garner, 78): Went close from a corner in the closing stages. Tried to put himself about a bit. 5/10
Subs not used: Smith, Ribeiro, Mbe Soh, Colback, Jenkinson.
