Nottingham Forest pays tribute after death of 20-year-old fan

Nottingham Forest have paid tribute to a 20-year-old fan after his death.

The club say they were "saddened" to learn that Callum Short had passed away in a tweet on Saturday, April 24.

They paid tribute to him by laying a shirt with "Short, 20" on the back at the City Ground.

A spokesperson for the club said: "The thoughts of everyone at the club are with Callum's friends and family at this sad time."

Forest laid the shirt at the ground before their home game with Stoke, which ended in a 1-1 draw.

The club has a Tricky To Talk campaign, which is a mental health support service for any fans who may be struggling.
