Nottingham Forest 'make offer' for PSG defender after intense contract talks collapse

Nottingham Forest have made an offer to sign young PSG central defender Loic Mbe Soh, claim La Parisien , after talks to stay in Paris collapsed.

The 19-year-old is set to leave Parc des Princes this summer after negotiations to stay with the club until 2024 collapsed.

And that has piqued Forest 's interest, reports say, who has now made contact with PSG to learn just how much a swoop for Mbe Soh will cost.

The Reds will be told that his capture requires an "extract fee" that would due to the fact that the defender is a PSG academy graduate.

The report says: "Initial contact has been made from Forest with PSG to get a sense of the fee that the French club will be asking for."

Mbe Soh is said to have been in talks with both Caen and Le Havre over a loan move for the 2020-21 season but has now come to the conclusion that he will be making a permanent move this summer, with Forest keen.

Born in Cameroon, Mbe Soh has made three first-team appearances for PSG and is a France Under-19 international.
