Nottingham Forest legend calls for change which will surprise fans

Nottingham Forest are going into some crucial games in the knowledge they have been well below their best in the last couple of weeks.

They are four games without a win, but even without producing their best football they could have won two of them, those being the draws against Middlesbrough and Millwall.

Against Sheffield Wednesday there were hopeless.

They're a bit too predictable tactically and I've come to wonder if it is time to shake up the apple cart.

Is it time to play two upfront, especially at home?

Rafa Mir hasn't exactly torn it up in a Forest shirt yet but he might fare better alongside Lewis Grabban.

It could give Forest a different dimension as it is starting to look like teams have worked out how to defended against them.

You can still have success playing two genuine strikers - just look at Wednesday. Their strikers got four between them with a classic target man and poacher combination.

Lewis is a poacher. He's great in the box, but he's been starved of service.

Mir will run and put himself about. Having a strike partner could be just what he needs.

People might be sceptical about him and playing two strikers under Sabri Lamouchi, but it might be worth a go.
