Nottingham Forest are said to be “leading the chase” for Oxford United centre-back Rob Dickie.
The Reds and promotion rivals Fulham are reportedly at the front of the queue of a number of Championship clubs eyeing up the defender.
Dickie has been a key player for Oxford this season, making 49 appearances and being central to their charge to the play-off final.

Karl Robinson’s side were beaten 2-1 at Wembley on Monday as Wycombe Wanderers clinched promotion to the second tier.
But Sky Sports News say Dickie - who was voted Player of the Year by U’s fans - could find himself in the Championship next season regardless, claiming several teams are “ready to make a move” for the skipper.
They say: “It’s thought it would take a fee of between £2-3m to get the deal done.
“Nottingham Forest and Fulham are leading the chase for the centre-back. And now that Oxford are facing a further season in the third tier of English football, a flurry of bids are expected for the 24-year-old.”
Dickie made the move to the Kassam Stadium in January 2018, penning a two-and-a-half-year deal for an undisclosed fee from Reading.
He signed fresh terms last summer, to keep him at the club until the end of the 2020/21 campaign.
Having come up through the ranks with the Royals, the former England Under-19s international had loan spells at Basingstoke Town, Cheltenham Town and Lincoln City before joining Oxford.
