Nottingham Forest have received an early boost ahead of facing arch rivals Derby County.
The Rams were 2-1 winners against Reading to strengthen their surge towards the top six on Saturday, however, they saw key man Tom Lawrence sent-off at full time.
Lawrence was shown a straight red card for violent conduct when he clashed with Matt Miazga, earning a three-match ban.
That means he will have to sit out the visit of Forest next Saturday.
Derby are up to eighth as it stands, three points outside the Championship top six and only four points behind the Reds.
Goals from Lawrence and a Wayne Rooney penalty put Derby 2-0 against Reading before Andy Rinomhota pulled one back just passed the hour mark.
Phillip Cocu's side held on, but there was drama at the end of the game when Wales international Lawrence was dismissed along with Miazga moments after the final whistle.
Lawrence was already on a yellow after a foul earlier on on defender Liam Moore, the winger picking up his 12th yellow card of the season this afternoon and his first red.
Fifth placed Forest are in action at home to Huddersfield tomorrow as they look to extend their advantage on the in-form Rams.
