Nottingham Forest winger Joe Lolley has been very active on social media about the coronavirus pandemic.
The 27-year-old Forest star has raised awareness of different charities and has been involved in the EFL Football Manager cup, which is raising money for the Mind charity.
He has also been imploring people to stay at home because of the risks of coronavirus and how the disease spreads when people come into contact.
The government has put the country into a form of lockdown, allowing people to leave their homes for exercise and essential shopping only as well as picking up medicine or providing care for others.
A confirmed 157,000 cases have been registered while the official death toll stands at 21,092 in hospitals and care homes up and down the country.
Yesterday, Lolley tweeted: "There’s still people out there who’ll read this who think these lockdown rules don't apply to them or it’s not a big deal if they see people.
"Please have some respect for human life and also the sacrifices made by workers every day.
"Just stay at home for a few weeks, that’s all."
It's impossible to disagree with what Lolley says and Forest fan favourite Jamie Paterson replied with a brilliant quip.
"Joe for Prime Minister," he said.
"Thanks for your support," Lolley replied.
