Nottingham Forest fans urged to act quickly as less than 300 season tickets remain on sale

Nottingham Forest fans are being urged to act fast if they want to secure one of the few remaining season cards.

More than 20,200 have been sold so far for the current campaign, with the club having released an extra 500 due to “interest remaining high”.

Sales have been going well and there are now less than 300 left available for purchase, with the remainder expected to be snapped up quickly.

The Reds had initially planned to cap season card sales for 2019/20 at 20,000 ahead of the redevelopment of the City Ground.

However, with supporters having secured their seats in record time as the club reached that tally, Forest said they “took the unprecedented step of opening a waiting list for supporters who want to follow the Reds” this term.

Fans have continued to show their backing for Sabri Lamouchi’s team and the number remaining is now limited.

Work on the redevelopment of the City Ground is expected to begin next summer and will involve the stadium’s capacity being reduced on a temporary basis while it is increased to 38,000.
