Nottingham Forest get back to action on Saturday looking to cement their place in the Championship play-offs.
Forest fans will be hoping star striker Lewis Grabban can pick up where he left off before the lockdown and continue to bang in the goals to get them over the line and in with a chance of a return to the Premier League.
First up is a trip to Sheffield Wednesday, one of nine make or break fixtures behind closed doors.
The 32-year-old has hit 17 to date to make him third highest scorer in the division and a key reason why Sabri Lamouchi’s men have managed to gain a foothold in the play-off mix this season.
Fellow front man Joe Lolley is second highest scorer with eight in a squad that clearly needs a boost in terms of goal power next season, regardless of what league they’re in.
We asked fans which position the club desperately needs to upgrade on in the transfer window this summer.
Here’s what they said:
James Newton: “Striker, a decent winger and another quality passer in the team ideally.”
Lee Allcock: “Striker to cover Grabban.”
David Gordon: “Second striker to push Grabban . Maybe another wide man.”
Robin Pamer: “Quality striker.”
Jamie Barratt: “Striker & 2 wingers.”
Gary Macken: “Defensive midfielder and striker.”
Richard Smart: “I don’t think we’re “desperate” for anything but it’d be nice to have an extra striker.”
Neil Gee: “A determined hard working centre forward and an intelligent attacking midfield organiser.”
Robert Norton: “Definitely a goalkeeper.”
Josh Thomas: “Could do with signing another winger I think so we have a bit more depth.”
