Nottingham Forest fans have been reacting to the rumour that could leave the club during this month's transfer window.
Football Insider are reporting that the Addicks are looking to sign the 27-year-old on loan for the second half of the season.
The report adds that Forest and Toulouse would have to agree to cancel Bostock’s loan move early to allow him to find another club before the end of this month’s transfer window.
Bostock has been restricted to just five appearances in all competitions so far this season, with his last outing coming as a substitute in the 4-0 win over QPR at the end of November.
After the rumour surfaced, Forest fans took to social media to express their thoughts and emotions on Bostock’s potential departure.
Here is a selection of what they had to say.
Robert Norton: “We've got better players than him. Probably best for everyone if this happens.”
Dave Ball: “Doesn’t appear to have worked. Free up the space in the squad.”
Simon Allin: “I was hoping for good things from him, but nah, move him on.”
Andrew Parker: “Let them have him to give him some game time could come good in end.”
Chris Wood: “Think he ok but nothing special would let him go personally.”
Paul Gilman: “Forgot he was even here tbh.”
Dan Waldron: “Free up a wage, as above was expecting decent things from this guy.”
