Nottingham Forest fans face a conundrum in their next Championship game.
The Reds secured their safety from relegation with a 1-1 draw with Stoke City at the weekend, meaning that concentration can now go on finishing the season on a high in preparation for the 2021/22 campaign.
Forest take on Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday, but the fixture has brought up a debate among Reds’ fans.
The Owls currently sit in 23rd place in the Championship table and will be desperate for all three points in order to keep alive their hopes of survival.
A win for Darren Moore’s side could take them just one point behind Forest’s East Midlands rivals Derby County, who are themselves fighting off relegation to League One.
The Rams are currently one place and four points above the dropzone, but their fate is out of their hands as 22nd placed Rotherham have two games still in hand.
Should Sheffield Wednesday start picking up points, then it gives Wayne Rooney another team to worry about.
So, how should Chris Hughton and Forest approach the game at the weekend? Forest fans have been having their say on Nottinghamshire Live’s comment section and on social media.
Here is what some had to say.
Forestlad61: Can we ask for Grabban to go in goal v Sheffield Wednesday please?
Redisthecolour: Hey Chris, let's go for all out attack v Wednesday....in fact, no defenders at all ( if you know what I'm saying !)
Optimistic Red: If it means Derby going down I will take a bad performance next week
Ant Lord: If Carl Jenkinson isnt in goal for the Sheffield Wednesday game, we riot!!!
