Nottingham Forest fans give verdict on the team Sabri Lamouchi has chosen to face Cardiff

Nottingham Forest fans are seemingly delighted with the team manager Sabri Lamouchi has named to face Cardiff City.

The Frenchman made one change at the City Ground with Albert Adomah the man to miss out having started the 4-0 win against QPR on Wednesday.

His place goes to Joao Carvalho, who came off the bench to score a brilliant third goal in west London - and Forest supporters appear pleased with the choice.

Carvalho is set to line-up as the number 10 with Joe Lolley moving out wide to his more familiar right-side berth, with Sammy Ameobi again deployed down the left, as Forest aim to half a run of four straight home defeats against the Bluebirds.

Despite slight concerns over the fitness of goalkeeper Brice Samba, he’s fit to keep his place, though Yuri Ribeiro doesn’t make it and Jack Robinson will once again play at left-back, alongside Joe Worrall, Tobias Figueiredo and Matty Cash, who signed a new long-term contract this week.

Adomah drops to the bench, where he’s joined by John Bostock, Rafa Mir, Alfa Semedo, Dawson, Chema, though there is a goalkeeping change.

Jordan Smith replaces Manchester City loanee Aro Muric.

Reds fans are also hoping to see former loanee Lee Tomlin have a quiet game as he is named in the Cardiff team.

Samba, Cash, Worrall, Figueiredo, Robinson, Watson ©, Silva, Lolley, Carvalho, Ameobi, Grabban. Subs: Smith, Bostock, Mir, Semedo, Dawson, Chema, Adomah.

Here is what fans have been saying.
