Nottingham Forest fans furious as they aim anger at Martin O'Neill after defeat to Blackburn Rovers

Nottingham Forest fans unleashed their fury in the moments after the final whistle of the 2-1 defeat to Blackburn Rovers.

Joe Rothwell’s fine curling finish put Blackburn ahead in the 29th minute and Danny Graham made it 2-0 four minutes into the second half.

Ryan Yates helped to pull one back as his header found the net - although the final touch might have come off defender Elliott Bennett.

Forest could not find an equaliser, despite Matty Cash, Joe Lolley and Daryl Murphy all coming agonisingly close.

The Reds are now 11th in the Championship with four games to go, still eight points off the play-offs after a third straight loss.

Afterwards fans questioned manager Martin O'Neill's team selection, tactics and future at the club.
