Nottingham Forest fans drool over new partnership - and Jed Wallace missing from Millwall team

Nottingham Forest fans are looking forward to seeing Keinan Davis in tandem with Lewis Grabban.

Davis, aged 23, makes his Championship debut for Forest today against MIllwall after an eye-catching display to down Arsenal in the FA Cup last weekend.

And Grabban, aged 34, is in strong form as he comes back into the team to start - having come off the bench to score the winner against Arsenal.

He has six goals and three assists in his last six appearances, finding form as Cooper's talisman up front.

So supporters have been flooding social media with their excitement about the pair being put together this afternoon, alongside Brennan Johnson.

"Davis and Grabban link-up play incoming," said Will Asher.

Isaac said: "Grabban and Davis up top together. Gonna be lethal."

Jason Tottey said: "Interesting to see Grabban and Davis together. Davis showed passion in the first half vs Arsenal."

Dan said: "Front three of pace, strength and finishing. Definitely the right three for Millwall away."

Nottingham Red said: "Not sure how I feel about Davis or Grabban out wide but that right side of Johnson and Spence can hurt any defence in the country."

Matthew Grace said: "Grabban in behind Johnson and Davis?"

Gaeton Bong is named on the bench amid speculation about his future.

There has been plenty of speculation about Millwall star Jed Wallace too - and Forest are one of the interested parties.

Gary Rowett had insisted he would have no problem naming the forward in his team.

Wallace had been back in training this week following a quad injury and his manager had said: "As it stands he will 100 per cent either be starting or on the bench. He will be available."

Millwall supporters are panicking that could mean an exit this month.

Jordan Hollands summed it up, saying: "Wallace not in the squad. Surely that's him gone then?"
