Nottingham Forest fans have been giving their thoughts on Tyler Walker’s potential return to the City Ground.
The 23-year-old is currently down to spend the season on loan with League One side Lincoln City, but the Reds do have the option of recalling the striker before Friday’s deadline.
It is an option they have been considering as head coach Sabri Lamouchi looks to bolster his attacking resources, with bringing in a striker a priority before Friday’s deadline.
It is being reported that Forest have exercised the option to recall Walker, and the player will be training with the Reds today (Thursday).
So far this season, Walker has bagged 16 goals in 34 appearances for the League One side, leading sections of Forest supporters to urge Lamouchi to bring the striker back to the City Ground.
Kyle: “Solid window for us in my opinion. Signing Costa is great and has applied pressure to Grabbs to perform and he can rest if needed now. Recalling Walker is massive as it shows we’re going to push for this promotion. Shifting a few players out too which is good to see.”

G-Star: “People moaning about Walker being loaned out... let’s just remember that when he first played for Forest he was bang average. He needed to go and play some senior football.. I just hope he returns better than when he left!”
