Nottingham Forest fans have shown their love for Michael Dawson after the former Red announced his retirement from professional football.
The 37-year-old released a statement on Friday (6 August) outlining his decision to call time after 20 seasons in the game.
Within the statement, the former defender revealed that he will continue to work as a pundit with Sky Sports during the upcoming season as well as re-joining his 'beloved Tottenham Hotspur' in an ambassadorial role.
However, these future plans haven't stopped Forest fans from dreaming about the boyhood Red returning for a third stint Trentside in an off-field capacity.
