A Nottingham Forest fan has joined Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler in hilariously hijacking an Instagram model's 'name a better combo' debate.
Lauren McEvoy posted a picture of herself wearing a body suit and knee high boots, and challenged her almost 8,000 followers to name a better combination, prompting football fans to reply with their favourite double acts.
From Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette to Ian Wright and Mark Bright, there were plenty of contenders for the dream combo, with Forest fan Charlie Hannibal getting involved.
He suggested prolific ex-Reds duo Marlon Harewood and David Johnson, who together bagged 45 league goals to fire Forest into the Championship play-offs back in 2003.
In all competitions that season, the pair managed a remarkable 50 goals, with Harewood bagging 21 times and Johnson finding the net on 29 occasions.
Former Liverpool and England striker Fowler popped up with his own suggestion, favouring fellow Anfield legends Ian Rush and Kenny Dalglish, tweeting: "No finer sight than seeing the King swivel the last defender sticking it on a plate to the Rushmeister who effortlessly glides it into the bottom corner."
Thanks Robbie, but I think we'll stick with Johnson and Harewood. What a season that was!
