Nottingham Forest dealt fresh injury fear as Serge Aurier update emerges

Serge Aurier was reportedly forced off during Ivory Coast's 3-1 win over Comoros in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier earlier today (Friday).

The Nottingham Forest right-back was selected by Jean-Louis Gasset for the side's double header with Comoros earlier this month. However, Aurier now looks a doubt for the second-leg tie on Tuesday (March 28).

The 30-year-old who was named in Gasset's starting XI on Friday, captained the side before he was forced to withdraw at half-time. Aurier appeared to have picked up a knock according to local media and was replaced by Wilfried Singo as the side led 1-0.
