Nottingham Forest clash with West Brom moved for TV coverage

Nottingham Forest's Sky Bet Championship clash with West Bromwich Albion has been moved after being picked for live television coverage.

The Reds were initially scheduled to play Albion at the Hawthorns on Saturday, November 27.

However, it has now been confirmed that the game will be shown live on Sky Sports and therefore it has been rescheduled for Friday, November 26, with an 8pm kick-off.

Forest last faced the Baggies at the Hawthorns in February 2020, as they came from behind twice to earn a point, thanks to an injury time equaliser from now Aston Villa right-back Matty Cash.

The Reds earned their second win of the season - and first under new head coach Steve Cooper - on Wednesday night as they came from behind to beat Barnsley at Oakwell.

That resulted lifted them above the Tykes on goal difference into 20th place in the table, just outside the relegation zone.

West Brom, meanwhile, are top of the table, just ahead of Bournemouth on goal difference, and are yet to be beaten in the league so far this season.

Forest supporters will be able to purchase tickets for the rescheduled Albion match from the club's website, with details due to be released in due course.
