Nottingham Forest and Leeds United 'target' reveals talks over move

Nottingham Forest 'target' Hosam Aiesh has been promised by current club Ostersunds FK that he will be allowed to leave this summer, as the forward sets his sights on a move to either England or Germany.

The 24-year-old has been in fine form for the Swedish outfit over the past 12 months, earning his debut Sweden call-up.

Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa reportedly sent scouts to watch him last weekend in Ostersunds' 1-1 draw with Sundsvall.

Since then, Reading and the Reds have been linked with him.

A reported pricetag of 2m euros has been placed on the player's head, and Aiesh has revealed that Ostersunds chairman Daniel Kindberg has promised him that he will accept any bid that matches his valuation.

"Kindberg and I have talked and he knows that I would rather leave," Aiesh told SportBladet back in January. "So we hope that something comes in.

"It is not me who decides my price. That's for the clubs and the market.

"The most important thing is that I perform as a player, and if I remain, I continue to perform."

Aiesh has scored six goals in 63 league outings for Ostersunds.

His most memorable strike came in a 2-1 Europa League victory against Arsene Wenger's Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, as his side quickly turned defence into attack to hurt the Gunners on the break.

And it is that style of play that Aiesh says suits him best, as he targets a move to the two leagues that adopt that style like no other.

"It's difficult to predict (where I will go), but the German league and even the English league would suit me. But they're two of the world's best leagues.

"I want to perform and make it as good as possible to get a good career. So I want to leave, to try something new."
