Nottingham Forest advertising for matchday staff

Jobs are up for grabs at Nottingham Forest as the club looks to bolster its matchday staffing numbers.

Roles in catering and security are currently being advertised on the Reds' website and training is being offered.

A statement reads: "Come and be part of the fantastic matchday operation at Nottingham Forest Football Club.

"We are looking for people to join us on matchdays to help us deliver a great experience for all our supporters, guests and visitors at The City Ground."

The roles that are currently being advertised are:

Bartenders and kiosk assistants

Serving drinks and food at the bars and kiosks in the concourses.

Waiting staff

Responsible for attending to diners in pre-match hospitality.

Chefs and kitchen porters

You will be tasked with developing and creating menus for diners.

Supervisors (catering)

Leading all the catering teams.

Safety and turnstile stewards

Meet and greet supporters, check tickets and ensure they are directed to the right parts of the City Ground. You will also be responsible for checking any hazards and reporting them, as well as ensuring fans leave the stadium safely and help with evacuations if needed.

SIA response team stewards

Respond to any incidents when directed by match control and take part in any full-time duties relating to players.

Qualified first aid stewards

You will work alongside the matchday medical services manager and respond to any first aid incidents.

Experience is not needed for all the roles as training will be provided. Some roles will require qualifications, however, and a criminal record check may be needed in some cases.

The club added in a statement: "What you need to bring is a passion for providing great customer service and a work ethic that thrives in a busy, lively, energetic environment."
