Nottingham fencing firm breathes new life into Nottingham's Cattle Market site

When fire ripped through Nottingham's cattle market just over a year ago destroying four premises and damaging a further nine, businesses were left counting the cost.

Now, following considerable works and regeneration with retained clients John Crawley Properties Limited, FHP Property Consultants have let premises and exterior space to Beechdale Fencing Limited on a long term lease.

Chris Proctor from FHP Property Consultants said:  "The resulting fire left an opportunity for an occupier to take advantage of a large securely fenced and gated self-contained site with excellent external yard space.

"Beechdale Fencing Limited are a perfect fit for the property given their long term success in business in Nottingham as well as their further expansion plans in the future."

The fencing firm now occupies a site at the Cattle Market Road/ County Road entrance.

Tim Carrol, managing director of Beechdale Fencing added that he was "absolutely delighted" with the new site.

"We are a growing and expanding company so to move to such a wider and historic location is a great step in the right direction for us.  This is a long term plan and we hope to have many successful years at the Cattle Market."
