Nottingham buses delayed after man hit by car

Buses are running with delays after a crash involving a man and a car in Nottingham.

The incident happened in Stockhill Lane just after 3pm on Thursday, July 1.

A Nottinghamshire Police spokeswoman said: "We were called at around 3.10pm to reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian.

"Injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or altering. A male is on the way to the Queen's Medical Centre and the road reopened at 3.44pm."

NCT buses says its Yellow 71 service has been diverting via Bagnall Road.

Services are likely to be running with some delays.
