Hundreds of thousands of people have descended on west London for day two of Notting Hill Carnival.
The streets are again awash with colour and filled with music for Europe's biggest street party.
It is thought to be the hottest ever carnival, with temperatures set to peak at 31C this afternoon.
Performers were armed with spray bottles filled with water as they sought to keep cool.
Meanwhile, Scotland Yard has enforced Section 60 search powers in the carnival area between 9am and 11.59pm. Some 97 people were arrested on Sunday.
