This prompt signals to the AI that the listener already understands a specific topic (X) and wants the narration to concentrate on another area (Y). According to NotebookLM, the AI “hosts will acknowledge your superior expertise and hone in on the topics you’re curious about.”
NotebookLM has quickly become one of the more practical applications of large language models (LLMs), with many users praising its usefulness across research, summarization, and learning. A user replied to the team on X, asking for a more seamless mobile experience, particularly the ability to access all web features on the mobile app and better podcast playback. The team responded with a short but clear message: “We’re on it! More mobile updates soon!”
However, this is not the only update from the house of Google. Last week, the company started rolling out its new “Try-On” feature for U.S. users. It was first showcased at I/O 2025. The feature allows users to virtually try on clothes using a full-body photo, directly from listings on Google Search and Google Images. It also allows users to save and revisit outfits, and even share their looks with others.
Furthermore, Google has also upgraded its price tracking tool. Users in the U.S. can now set alerts based on product size, color, and preferred price. Once a match is found, Google sends a notification.
While these aren’t tied directly to NotebookLM, they reflect Google’s broader strategy of layering AI across products in useful and specific ways. If you are interested in getting all the latest tech and AI updates delivered directly to your phone, then join us on WhatsApp.
