'Not too worried' - Nottingham Forest fans on Boro clash and options to replace Silva

Promotion contenders Nottingham Forest are on the road tonight as they prepare to take on Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium.

In front of the Sky Sports cameras, struggling Boro are hoping to end a run of three straight 1-0 defeats, while the Reds head into this one on the back of an important win against Cardiff City last time out.

Here is what Forest supporters are saying ahead of the Championship clash;

Woof Zip Criminal said: “A win tonight would be great and give us a nice cushion to seventh place, but Wigan’s result on Saturday showed us that nothing can be taken for granted.”

Daniel Simmons posted: “Every game is huge now – another great opportunity for us to pull further away from seventh and close the gap on the top two.”

Sean Butler added: “It’s the little Portuguese magician’s time to step up now Silva is injured. This is the moment Sabri has been saving him for.”

Dave said: “Mighten on the right with Ameobi on the left and Lolley centre. I’d prefer that trio IF Carvalho remains seemingly out of favour. The youngster deserves a chance to shine after his impressive showing at Chelsea in the cup.”

NFSC Munster Branch posted: “Every games a big game now, a win tonight would help cement our top six position and put pressure on the top two. Boro won’t be easy, though, they’ve some good players and are fighting for survival in the league.”

Rudgey added: “Not too worried about Silva being out as he is massively overrated and barely contributes creativity and slows our game down. I can’t remember a single through ball to Grabban all season.”

Keith Lawrence said: “As the season end gets closer, every game is so important. Am I the only one gets nervous the minute I wake up on matchday?”

Chris Haywood posted: “I’ll take a point tonight. Three would be ideal, but just can’t see us getting it over the line. Never do well with teams down there.”

Red Dog Macca added: “I dread NFFC games like tonight, no Boro home win since Boxing Day, they’ve just slipped into the relegation zone, our away form best in the league and injuries to both sides, all gears up to being a nervy 1-0-er either way, which way do you see this one going?”
