Snow is seen on cherry blossoms Wednesday morning at Arakurayama Sengen Park in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi Prefecture. A cold front has swept through the Kanto-Koshin region, causing temperatures to fall to levels typically observed in late January. Twenty centimeters of snow are expected to fall in the Koshin region and mountainous areas in the northern Kanto region over the 24-hour period through noon Thursday.
