'Not even Storm Dennis stopped Leeds United' - Bristol City fans' honest take on loss

Leeds United's victory against Bristol City in the Championship this weekend has helped inject fresh blood into the former's promotion challenge following their recent run of poor form.

Luke Ayling's strike against his former club gave Marcelo Bielsa and his men a boost as they pulled three points clear of Fulham in second place, with the latter suffering a shock defeat at the hands of Barnsley.

Thanks to favourable results elsewhere, United may feel they are back on the path towards Premier League glory and at the expense of one of their rivals no less.

Lee Johnson's Robins are one of over half-a-dozen clubs firmly in the mix and their defeat at Elland Road will have left a bitter aftertaste following the blow against their own dreams.

Though there is still plenty of time to go, and the gap to United in the automatic promotion places still perfectly catchable, they will know another slip-up may go punished, particularly if other chasing clubs such as Nottingham Forest and Preston North End can pull out victories of their own.

Below is a round of up of some of Bristol supporters' thoughts on just what went down in West Yorkshire.
