England must focus on the task at hand tonight as they face Norway in the Women's World Cup quarter-finals following an extraordinary 3-0 last-16 win over Cameroon.
The Lionesses take on Norway in Le Havre for a place in the last four, four days on from beating Cameroon in an ill-tempered contest in Valenciennes.
Cameroon twice looked as if they may not continue playing as they complained about VAR decisions during a match that also saw Nikita Parris take an elbow to the face, Steph Houghton hurt by a poor challenge and Toni Duggan spat on.
Phil Neville condemned Cameroon coach Alain Djeumfa and his players immediately after the result, but that game must now be forgotten as the Lionesses seek to reach a semi-final against either hosts France or holders the USA.

England team news
England captain Houghton is a major doubt for the match, manager Phil Neville revealed on Wednesday. Houghton was on the receiving end of a tough challenge towards the end of the win against Cameroon and is struggling with an ankle issue as a result.
Neville, who said defender Millie Bright is also a doubt through illness, was hopeful Houghton would train on the eve of the game before making a final decision.

Prediction: Norway 1-2 England
Norway have been tricky customers so far, winning twice to finish second behind hosts France in Group A before beating Australia on penalties in the last 16.
Martin Sjögren's side showed nerves of steel to score all their penalties in the 4-1 shootout win, so the Lionesses will want to avoid the drama of spot-kicks if at all possible.
