Northern Lights – share your photographs

Drinkers at the Tan Hill Inn in Yorkshire may well have thought their pints had been spiked on Wednesday night. The sky above the pub – which claims to be “Great Britain’s highest” – turned yellow, pink and green as the Aurora Borealis put on a rare and incredible light show across the northern horizon of Swaledale. Did you see the Northern Lights in Yorkshire? Or have you seen them anywhere? If you have photographs of the Northern Lights – whether in Yorkshire or closer to the Arctic circle, we’d love to see them – tell us where you took the image and when.
