As Spring approaches and Lent looms large after today's Ash Wednesday, the weather is still on the chilly side. Here's what's in store for Northern Ireland weather wise.
The Met Office said we can expect a bight, possibly colder day with sunny spells and isolated showers with a stiff breezy if you're heading out for a walk or a cycle.

The weather service said an overnight a band of rain moved east across all parts. Clear spells followed with a few showers in west, wintry on hills. In the early hours there'll be a chance of icy patches on untreated surfaces. Minimum temperature 1C
Today will see a bright day with sunny spells and a few showers, wintry on the hills. It will feel colder than of late with a freshening northwesterly breeze. Maximum temperature 9C.
