Northern Ireland weather forecast for Tuesday with a high of 21C

Northern Ireland is set for a great day on Tuesday with a high of 21C.

According to the weather forecast for July 13, any light rain towards the North Coast will soon die out to leave a dry day.

The Met Office say it's rather cloudy at first, but soon brightening up with "plenty of warm sunshine" later in the morning and this afternoon, with light winds also expected.

Tonight, it should stay dry with clear periods, but becoming cloudy in the west. It's set to be a mild night with light winds and a minimum temperature of 12C.

And on Wednesday, most places will have a dry day with sunny spells during the morning.

The forecaster says it will become cloudy in the afternoon with "damp, misty conditions reaching western counties," with a maximum temperature of 22C.

For Thursday to Saturday, it's set to be a mostly dry few days, with "settled weather continuing" and " plenty of warm sunshine".

The forecaster added: "Some patches of mist and low cloud, lingering at times, especially in coastal areas."
