Northern Ireland weather forecast boost as temperatures could hit 22C

We could be in for a nice few days and it's about time too!

Temperatures are set to hit 22C tomorrow with as we enjoy a "largely sunny day".

And it looks as if that sunshine might continue into next week as well, with Monday set to be dry and warm with sunshine forecast .

For tonight, the Met Office said: "Bright or sunny spells into the evening, then clear spells but cloud and mist likely to develop in places, especially across northern counties. Light winds. Minimum temperature 9C."

Tomorrow we are set to have "mist and low cloud soon lifting then a dry, largely sunny day with light and variable winds. Pleasantly warm in sunshine with light winds, though cooler near coasts. Maximum temperature 22C."

And what about Monday to Wednesday?

The Met Office added: "Mostly dry, warm and sunny Monday with light winds. Cloudier Tuesday with heavy, perhaps thundery showers and becoming breezier. Cloudy, with occasionally heavy rain on Wednesday, drier, brighter towards evening."
