Ian Baraclough has made a number of changes to his Northern Ireland U21 squad for this month's Euro qualifiers.
His side began their qualifying campaign with a frustrating 0-0 draw at home to Malta and a 1-1 draw in Finland.
Next Thursday (October 10) the U21s face Denmark in Aalborg in their third match in Group B, while the following Monday (October 14) they will take on Romania at the Anghel Iordanescu Stadium in Voluntari.
Baraclough’s squad features a handful of new faces from the group assembled for September’s matches.
Celtic goalkeeper Liam Hughes, Chelsea defender Sam McClelland, who is stepping up from the U19s, Glenavon defender Jack O’Mahony, Larne defender Sean Graham and Glentoran striker Paul O’Neill are all included.
Manchester United midfielder Ethan Galbraith and Leeds United midfielder Alfie McCalmont, who both made their senior debuts in the friendly against Luxembourg in Belfast last month, return to the U21 panel.
Dropping out of the squad are Southampton keeper Tommy Scott, Notts County defender Pierce Bird, Newcastle Jets full-back Bobby Burns and Glentoran midfielder Chris Gallagher.
Also not included are Cardiff City defender Ciaron Brown and Linfield forward Shayne Lavery. Both players featured for the senior squad last month.
