Northern Ireland Under 18 Schoolboys win Centenary Shield as they beat Republic of Ireland

The celebrations kicked off at The Dub on Thursday night as Northern Ireland Under 18 Schoolboys clinched the 2019 Centenary Shield.

Frankie Wilson's young side claimed a 3-1 win over the Republic of Ireland in Belfast to wrap up the title in style.

Two goals from Portadown striker Callum Ferris and another from Coleraine midfielder Andrew Whiteside sealed the victory at the Queen's University complex.

The result meant Northern Ireland finished their campaign with three wins and a draw.

Former Cliftonville youngster Eoin Teggart hoping to make a name for himself at Portsmouth  

The teenagers beat the Republic, Wales and Scotland and drew against England.
