Northern Ireland's politicians resume talks on Tuesday aimed at restoring the devolved government that has been on hold since 2017. The sticking points include Irish language rights and same-sex marriage. But the outrage over the killing of 29-year-old journalist Lyra McKee last month has pushed the main parties into trying to reach an agreement.
