Northern Ireland Sports Sustainability Fund: List of football clubs and leagues to receive grants

Football has been allocated £6.5m in the Northern Ireland Sports Sustainability Fund.

The funding has been released to assist sporting bodies which have been impacted by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The Irish FA will receive just over £1.7m, with an additional £4.8m being distributed among clubs and leagues from grassroots level to the NIFL Premiership.

Crusaders will receive £541,241., the largest amount of funding to be allocated within football.

Glentoran will receive £469,498 with Larne allocated £453,211 and champions Linfield £426,754.

Clubs in the Championship, Premier Intermediate League, Amateur League and other junior divisions will also benefit.

The Mid Ulster FA and Mid Ulster Football League have also been allocated funding, alongside the Newcastle and District AFL and Maiden City Soccer Academy.
