The average house price in Northern Ireland has increased by nearly 7% over the last year to the dizzying heights of £189,853.
This is the highest it's been since 2008, according to the Ulster University quarterly house price index report, which was published earlier this month.
In the first quarter of this year, there were also 2,829 transactions – the highest number for over a decade.
