Northern Ireland defender Craig Cathcart has signed a new long-term deal with Watford.
Cathcart has put pen-to-paper on a four-year extension with the Premier League club which will take him to 2023.
The 30-year-old has racked up 146 appearances for the Hornets , scoring seven goals and helping them to the FA Cup final for the first time in 35 years last month.
The defender has featured in all of Northern Ireland’s Euro 2020 qualifying games including Tuesday night's 1-0 win over Belarus .
The former Manchester United trainee was a regular in Javi Gracia's back-four last season, chipping in with three goals, including the winner in a memorable 2-1 victory over Tottenham.
Cathcart was also named the best international player at the Northern Ireland Football Awards.
