NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Thursday framed charges against former MCD councillor Tahir Hussain and ten others under sections related to conspiracy, rioting, murder, and promoting enmity between groups, in a case related to violence in the area of northeast Delhi in February 2020.
The court said that Tahir was motivating the mob and all this was done to target Hindus during the incident.
