Northampton paper fights against cutbacks

Don't let our town go down the pan! That's the title of a campaign launched by the Northampton Chronicle & Echo in opposition to what it calls "a devastating range of cuts to services and facilities" proposed by Northampton's borough council, which is faced with a £4m financial crisis.
