Local lockdowns in North Wales will see Haven close one of its holiday parks tomorrow morning.
The firm has asked guests to vacate Presthaven Sands site in Gronant, near Prestatyn by 10am on Friday.
Haven's decision comes after Welsh Government announced local lockdowns for Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire and Conwy.
The new restrictions include a ban on entering and leaving these counties unless it is for education or work.
This puts a halt on holidaymakers coming to those counties - forcing Haven to act at Presthaven, which is in Denbighshire.
There is no local lockdown in Gwynedd so Hafan y Mor in Pwllheli and Greenacres in Porthmadog remain open.
A spokeswoman for Haven said: "Following the most recent announcement regarding further local lockdowns in areas of Wales, we will be closing our park at Presthaven Sands to holidaymakers from 10am on Friday 2 October.
"We know how disappointing this will be for those guests who are booked to stay with us during this time, but we will continue to support the legislation set out by the Welsh Government, ensuring the safety and security of our guests, owners and teams remain our number one priority during the pandemic.
"We are currently in the process of contacting guests who are due to arrive at Presthaven within the next two weeks and discuss options with them and will contact guests who have breaks planned from 16 October onwards in due course.
"All Haven breaks in 2020 and 2021 are protected by our free Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee, providing guests with the option to move their break or receive a full refund within 28 days and three days of the date they are due to arrive on park.
"We would like to thank our guests for their patience and understanding whilst we work through this as quickly as we can.
"We apologise for any disruption and look forward to welcoming guests back to Presthaven when the situation locally makes it safe to do so."
