A warehouse blaze overnight could cause severe rush-hour disruption in north London this morning.
The London Fire Brigade said 10 fire engines and 70 firefighters were tackling the blaze at a commercial building on the North Circular in Neasden.
The Metropolitan Police tweeted: "We're assisting @LondonFire at a warehouse fire on the A406 in Neasden, Road closures likely to severely affect North Circ Rd, Staples Corner and other key routes into morning rush hour. Drivers should avoid the area."
"London Fire Brigade said in a statement: "Ten fire engines and around 70 firefighters are tackling a fire in a two storey warehouse on North Circular Road in Neasden.
"Half of the first floor is alight.
"The A406 is closed eastbound in Neasden and the Staples Corner flyover is also closed wetsbound.

"The Brigade was called at 0238. Fire crews from Willesden and surrounding fire stations are attending the scene. The cause of the fire is not known at this stage."
LFB later tweeted to say: "As we continue to tackle the large warehouse blaze in #Neasden we’d ask residents to keep their doors & windows shut as there is a lot of smoke in the local area".
Transport for London Traffic News tweeted: "Reminder for the early birds - the A406 North Circular Road is CLOSED BOTH WAYS between Neasden and Staples Corner Flyover due to a large building fire between the two. Heavy @LondonFire presence and it's expected to remain closed during the morning peak period."
TfL said the North Circular would remain closed between Neasden and the Staples Corner flyover during rush hour.
"The A406 North Circular Road is CLOSED BOTH WAYS between Neasden and Staples Corner Flyover due to a large building fire between the two," TfL Traffic News tweeted.
"Heavy @LondonFire presence and it's expected to remain closed during the morning peak period."
