The past week has seen mixed conditions across the North East, with sunnier periods turning dark grey and rainy within the snap of a finger.
And while tomorrow's weather isn't the greatest, it's consistent - with clouds and overcast skies from start to finish. Dismal highs of 6C and choppy lows of 0C are expected.
However, the new week looks promising, with shimmering rays of sunshine beaming down upon Newcastle and its surrounding areas for the most part. The highs of 6C are set to stay the same on the dawn of the new week, but the lows will improve slightly to 2C.

The Met Office says: "Outbreaks of rain, perhaps sleet over high ground, will slowly fade away through the morning. Then brighter conditions spread south with scattered showers, these possibly wintry.
