North East Scotland recruitment agency rebrands

A Scottish recruitment company has 'put its money where its mouth is' by changing its name.

Independent Aberdeen-based Thorpe Molloy Recruitment, which has provided recruitment services for 20 years, has rebranded as Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment. It said the move was in line with its brand philosophy reflecting it focus on employees and customers that “We value people above everything else”.

It said the revitalised brand signified “the extraordinary commitment and influence Amanda McCulloch has devoted to the business in her capacity as recruiter, managing director and shareholder.”

It said that McCulloch who had joined as a graduated in 1999, had earned rapid career progression culminating in her appointment 10 years ago as managing director. It said that McCulloch had a particular focus on leadership appointments in accountancy and finance in the north east of Scotland.

It said that the new brand coincides with a period of growth with the eight new members having joined the business and turnover increasing by 21 per cent.
