North Dubliners warned about brazen gang of teens who 'launched' a bottle at local walking home

North Dubliners have been given a stark warning about a gang of "drunk teens" who allegedly threw a bottle at a local on Saturday night.

A warning on behalf of the concerned Dub was posted on the Rush and Lusk Against Crime Facebook group, which serves residents of Rush, Lusk and Loughshinny areas to report on crime and antisocial behaviour.

The post said: "At around 11:30pm last night I was walking home from the train station when I spotted a group of drunk teens sitting at the bus stop and it was very easy to tell they were drunk.

"This was very intimidating as they launched a bottle towards me before getting up and chasing me back to the train station."

Other locals shared their disgust at the alleged incident, with one saying "They wouldn't like it if it was a family member. Pure evil."

Another said: "Sick people."

Dublin Live has contacted An Garda Siochana for comment.
